A story of tradition and care

The idea was born in 2011 among a group of colleagues and friends working in the luxury industry. It began with a passion for boats and grew, year after year, into something broader: a single place where our experience in hospitality, assistance and attentive care of guests could come together.

As Venetians we know our city intimately: its tides, its families, its craftsmen, the doors that open only to those who are introduced. Our work is to let you feel Venice as we do, from the inside.

Today Venice Exclusive is the private-client brand of VLS Agency, a Venetian group active in luxury mobility and hospitality, with its own water taxis, a company-owned Mercedes-Benz fleet and a desk at Marco Polo airport.

This gives our guests something rare in Venice: the intimacy of a boutique team, supported by the operational strength of a company that controls its own boats, cars and people.

Our promise

We accept a limited number of commissions each season, so that every guest has a dedicated contact and our full attention. We are transparent about what is possible, we put every cost in writing and we never compromise on the people we work with.
