Reaching the extraordinary, in every detail

A team built for the exceptional

Our colleagues have managed private and corporate events at the highest level for many years, in terms of image, budget and number of guests. They know immediately whether a wish is achievable, in costs and above all in time.

Often it is not the budget that limits an event, but the time between the request and the date: certain venues, artists and internationally renowned chefs are booked months ahead. Telling you this clearly, from the beginning, is part of our job.

Our mission: there is always a solution

Our first commitment is to find an answer to every request, with a result that lives up to expectations. Sometimes a small change, or two days of difference, is enough to find the perfect fit or the right free venue in Venice or elsewhere in Italy.

We start with constant, attentive communication to understand every detail you expect. We analyse the options, carry out a feasibility study and present solutions with every price highlighted and the way we will manage each booking.

Transparency, step by step

We manage the whole process in parallel with you. Every step is reported, and during preparation we send periodic updates so that you always know where things stand.
