Venice is not a backdrop: it is a city of private houses, guarded gardens and halls that open only through the right relationships. Our events team has organised corporate and private occasions at the highest level for years, from intimate dinners for six to programmes for several hundred guests.

We begin with a candid conversation about what is truly achievable, in budget and above all in time, because the venues, chefs and artists that make an event unforgettable are often committed months ahead. Then we present a clear proposal, every cost visible, and manage each supplier, permit and boat on your behalf.

Questions, answered

How far in advance should we plan a private event in Venice?

For weddings and events with more than 50 guests we recommend six to twelve months, especially during Carnival, the Biennale, the Film Festival and Redentore. Intimate dinners can often be arranged within a few weeks.

Can you arrange events in palazzi that are not normally open to the public?

Yes. Thanks to long-standing relationships with private owners and foundations we can propose residences and halls that are not listed as event venues. Availability is always confirmed in writing before any commitment.

Do you also organise events outside Venice?

We do. Our network covers the Venetian villas, the Dolomites, Lake Garda and the main Italian cities, with the same team and standards.
